1.    Flat feet - when the impact of a step makes your foot's arch got collapsed. Overpronation called by doctors.

4.    Weakness in bones of your limbs.

5.    NOTE: It can also happen if you are not active but you do more intense, more frequent, or longer workouts immediately or suddenly.

In most of the cases, they got healed on their own. But if you checked them by a doctor, then you can expect to get a deep and thorough physical exam of yours. The doctor may observe the way you run to look for the problems. They may also take the X-rays or bone scans to check about the emergence of fractures or not.
